Our Audi Short Shifter fits Plug & Play and is adapted to the original attachment points.
Adjustment work on the paneling parts is not necessary.
The HSpeed Short Shifter shortens and optimizes the switching paths of the H-shift and thus promotes fast and precise shifting even under tension and load.
The mid-position spring we installed supports you when changing gears and at the same time stabilizes the guidance between the shift gates - for optimal feedback.
The positioning of the shift lever is designed for motorsport as well as for a very sporty driver close to the steering wheel.
Our HSpeed Short Shifter offers you the possibility to lock lower and higher gears (e.g. 2 or 5 gears) via the adjustable gear stops, in order to avoid shifting during the ¼ mile in a drift or on a short race track.
You can also use the stops to set the left/right movement and the reverse gear lock.
Reverse gear is actuated using the pull lever on the shift knob, which unlocks the reverse gear lock via a cable pull and releases the shift gate for reverse gear. This prevents reverse gear from being accidentally engaged in race or absolute escalation mode. With the lock you can also lock or unlock other gears to prevent shifting.
Due to the preference for perfection and a master at the drawing board, perfectly constructed components result, with a very high rigidity despite the low weight.
!!!Attention!!! Our Short Shifters are individually designed for each vehicle model and can only develop their full function in the corresponding vehicle type.
The Short Shifter entry can be carried out via StVZO §21 (individual acceptance). For this we provide a material report on request.
For the conversion, you need your usual tools and basic vehicle knowledge.
